My dogs and I have been going to Stanglein for 9 years and I have recommended them to all of my friends and family. Every staff member is great and makes me feel like they genuinely care about my dogs. The doctor’s are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to explain treatment options all while sitting on the floor with my dogs and petting them while being showered with kisses. I will never forget the kindness and empathy the staff showed when I had to say goodbye to my best friend.
I cannot express more gratitude to Dr Nate and all of his techs. He saved my 2 1/2 year old cat Apple's life. She had to have emergency surgery after ingesting sewing thread. She was operated on a Saturday afternoon after regular office hours. Everyone was so caring and compassionate during her recovery. I especially want to thank the tech who made her guardian angel. What a helpful and thoughtful gift. It is hanging in it's special spot at home. Stanglein Veterinary Clinic is top notch!!
The one doctor put her own money out of her pocket so my cat could stay the night and get the treatment he needed and for that I am forever grateful, one day I will pay it forward Somehow
Everyone is very nice and competent in their jobs. My Polly just loves all the Technicians!! And the Docs. Can't think of anything to improve with Polly.
Always pleasant employees, vet assistants and vets, the cost is a bit high on my disability income but the most important thing is compassion and friendliness of all the staff. Stanglein has all of this and more and why I would not take my pets anywhere else.
